The ESPIED card designs are the standard set of five ESP symbols (Circle, Cross, Waves, Square, Star) as used in the classic experiments conducted by J.B. Rhine at Duke University.

You can choose different coloring options for the five symbols, and decks are available with either Black or Red backs.

All decks use the same well-disguised but easy-to-read marking system that allows cards to be identified when spread in the hands or on the table (you do not need to see the whole back). Good eyesight is NOT needed and, with reasonable vision and very little practice, the marks can be read from up to six or eight feet away.

The decks also incorporate a subtle 'one-way' marking, so that you can easily tell if a card is turned upside down.
